YMCA Horsethief
About: Overnight Camp at Horsethief Reservoir teaches self-reliance, a love for nature & builds character—all with the fun of campfires, friends, ropes course & much more!
Dates: June 15th-August 8th
Ages: Campers entering 2nd-11th grade
Registrations Dates: First come, first served - registration is currently open
Cost: YMCA Members: $145/week NON-Members: $175/week Scholarships Available
YMCA Specialty Camps
About: Our half day specialty camps provide activities for kids that want to take a deeper dive into a specific interest. We offer a wide variety of AM & PM camps on many topics.
Dates: May 27-August 4 Mon-Fri AM (8:30am-12:30pm) PM (1pm-5pm)
Ages: 6-12 years old
Registration Dates: Currently Open. Registration closes 1 week before each camp.
Cost: YMCA Members: $145/week NON-Members: $175/week. Scholarships Available
Boise Parks & Rec
About: The City of Boise has a variety of youth classes and camps all summer long. Play camps are summer day camps located at 10 parks in Boise for 1st-6th grade students.
Dates: May 27th-August 8th
Ages: Going into 1st Grade into 6th Grade
Registration Dates: March 31st for Boise Residents & April 2nd for non-residents
Cost: Varies depending on schedule chosen
BUGS
About: The Boise Urban Garden School has multiple outdoor education & culinary summer camps throughout the summer for kids of all ages.
Dates: Weekly starting May 27th-August 9th

Farm to Table Culinary Camp: 9-14
Preschool Garden Camp: 31/2-5
Sprouts Garden Camp: 6-9
Junior Naturalist & Junior Beekeeping: 10-14
Advanced Culinary: 13-18

Cost: Costs vary depending on the camp; Scholarships Available
About: Fun-filled theater camps that teach students how to act on stage and build a performance together! With different camps available, there is something for everyone!
Dates: Session 1 starts June 2nd/Session 2 starts July 8th
Ages: We have a wide selection of camps for students between the ages of 3-18 years old

Idaho Shakespeare Festival
About: Play based learning, daily field trips, gymnastics, and arts & crafts!
Dates: Weekly starting May 27th-August 8th
Ages: 5 years (Post Kindergarten)-12 years
Registrations Dates: First come first served - registration is currently open
Cost: $65/day or $300/week, 9am-4pm Extended care available 7am-9am ($10/day) & 4pm-6pm ($10/day) or $400/week (7am-6pm) Scholarships Available.
Tumble Time
Just For Kids
About: Just For Kids is located at 13 elementary schools in the Boise School District. Our summer program offers safe, secure & affordable care. Creative weekly themes cover a range of activities including

Language Arts
Cooking
Music
Drama
Dates: Variety of enrollment options all summer — from 2 days/week to 5 days/week, full or part-time.
Ages: Grades K-6th
Registration Dates: Registration starts April 15th

Robotics Discovery
About: Robotics Discovery is a fun FREE week of STEM. You will do hands-on robot constructing & build a robot that moves, grabs & competes in a competition!
Dates: June 16th-20th, 1PM-4PM
Ages: 3rd-6th Grade
Registration Dates: 18 Student limit. Register by returning the form that was sent home in the camps packet. Contact Demi Miller at demi.miller@boiseschools.org if you need to register or get a new form.

Girls Build
About: Girls Build is a nonprofit organization that inspires curiosity and confidence in girls through the world of building.
Dates: June 2-6 from 8:30am-4:30pm. Breakfast & Lunch Included
Ages: Girls ages 8-15
Registration Dates: Open Now
Cost: $480 Scholarships Available. Camp is FREE for any child in the foster care system.
